Jayashree holds aBachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Jayashree joined Intermede in February 2025 from Oldfield Partners, where she was a senior member of the Operations team for fourteen years with experience in core Fund Operations. Prior to this, she was with BNP Paribas Securities Services as a senior fund administrator. She has also worked with MetLife Insurance(Bangalore, India) and DBS Chola Mutual Fund (Mumbai, India).
